Miranda Makulski, DO, earned her degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills. Dr. Makulski is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

M. Rashid Siddiqui, MD, is a graduate of the University of Karachi and completed residencies at Sandwell General Hospital and New York Methodist Hospital. Dr. Siddiqui is board certified in family medicine.

Tammy Rouse, RN, BSN, FNP, earned her nursing degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and went on to receive her master's degree from Maryville University in St. Louis to become a family nurse practitioner.
