#JustB Storytelling Campaign:  Theobald's Story
Our Storytelling Campaign is a national effort to bring individuals affected by hepatitis B to share their stories to shed light on this serious disease, decrease stigma, discrimination, and promote the importance of testing and treatment for hepatitis B. A new story will be featured each month throughout 2017. In March's featured video, Theobald describes how his diagnosis that led him to create the Hepatitis Foundation of Ghana. Liver Cancer Patients Invited to Share Their Experiences for a Research Study - Enrollment Deadline is March 17th

The Hepatitis B Foundation is inviting patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC or liver cancer) to share their story and medical journey that can positively impact the lives of fellow patients in a small research study. Remember, space is limited and the deadline for enrollment is March 17th.  Learn more.

'B About It' Screening at the Philadelphia Senior Center
Twenty Philadelphia seniors from the Philadelphia Senior Center Coffee Cup Group attended our screening of 'B About It', a moving documentary that follows the journey of two families affected by hepatitis B.  The film provides subtitles in Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean languages to engage with diverse communities especially high-risk populations for hepatitis B.

Friday, May 19th Think about the Link Philadelphia Summit

Details: Join Hep B United Philadelphia, the Prevent Cancer Foundation and HepCAP for the Think About the Link Philadelphia Summit. Free and Open to the Public.  The Philadelphia Summit will feature the area’s leading experts on viral hepatitis to discuss the national and local state of viral hepatitis B and C, learn about local resources available, and advocacy efforts.  Please join us May 19th from 9AM-1PM! Saturday, June 3rd Dragon Boat Regatta
Hep B United Philadelphia has a rowing team this year for the Dragon Boat Race on June 3rd.  We are looking for those interested in participating either in the form of rowing or cheering us on! We welcome all interested in spreading awareness and raising the profile of hepatitis B! No experience is necessary! Join us for a fun filled Saturday to enjoy a day on the river!
