EVERYONE CAN DO SOMETHING!

Hello Jodi,

May is one of our favorite months here at Hephzibah62:4. Spring is finally here to stay, and we celebrate all the amazing mothers, grandmothers and mothers at heart, and the essential roles they play in children's lives. Also near to our hearts, it's Foster Care Awareness Month!

This month we want to highlight opportunities we are confident will contribute powerfully to Kingdom movement and our goals of providing more than enough for children and families before, during and after foster care:

Church staff, ministry leaders, and retirement-aged adults, be inspired to engage retirees – using their wealth of experience, resources, and Kingdom-driven commitment – to fill vital gaps in support for vulnerable kids and families. At the same time, this engagement provides solutions to isolation, loneliness and a lack of purpose that many retirees are facing.

Hephzibah62:4 has been invited to join CAFO and Retirement Reformation on this webinar, to share powerful retiree testimonies from our partner churches!

Reserve your spot here, for Thursday, May 23, 1-2pm EST.

Sound of Hope: The Story of Possum Trot, a feature film about what’s possible when a community works together to transform foster care, is headed to theaters on July 4th! Inspired by the incredible true story, Possum Trot follows Donna and Reverend Martin as they ignite a movement of compassion in their East Texas church to care for vulnerable children, leading the charge to prove that faith, community, and perseverance have the power to change the lives of children everywhere.

I had the privilege of previewing Possum Trot and I recognize it to be a powerful tool to create awareness and engagement to fill the gaps in foster care.

Support the film's success by pre-purchasing tickets, promoting in your church, inviting your family or a group from your church to attend together, or booking a private theater showing. More information.

What are our church partners saying?

Little did I know how my life would be touched. The information at the conference and the meals with some amazing people helped me realize that I am on the right path. I am so grateful for the connection and support of Hephzibah62:4. Without this organization, the conference wouldn't have been a reality. Thank you for your support, love, and resources!!
