Provides strategic consulting and organization development strategies in support of business objectives for people, leaders and teams. Contributes at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an agile and innovative culture through effective ideas and solutions to the Driscoll’s of the Americas (DOTA) division. Provides proactive strategic support to assigned business leaders through the effective and successful execution of HR initiatives designed to enable and support the mid-and long-term strategies of the company.
Manages all technical aspects of software development projects providing technical leadership to internal and external development teams, serves on various project committees reporting projects’ progress and provides technical guidance to projects’ team members, managers, and internal customers. Responsible for all project deliverables from the technical standpoint to meet functional requirements: systems technical requirements, architecture, design, coding, and will help develop processes for and support testing and deployment and defect management.
Supports implementation of the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform with focus in Packaging Sourcing/Procurement. Responsible for sourcing key commodities, such as thermoform plastics, corrugate materials, labels, pallets, strategic purchase of raw materials for risk mitigation, and all related services to move materials to the desired destination. Drives value through sourcing activities across U.S., Mexico, Chile and Canada which collectively make up Driscoll’s of the Americas (DOTA). Works cross functionally with other groups, both internal and external to supply chain, to execute agreed upon strategies and ensure ERP business requirements are met.
Serves as the subject matter expert for shopper behavior, key retailer omnichannel strategies, and category trends to develop and execute strategies and tactical plans that drive brand and category growth and increase consumer demand. Manages the Shopper Marketing, Merchandising, and Ecommerce functions through a combination of direct reports, contractors, and agencies. Works in partnership with Market Insights, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Customer Development to develop and execute upon category, shopper, and channel-specific insights and strategies to propel the Driscoll’s brand and the fresh berry category forward.

Dispatchers
Volunteer dispatchers are needed to support seniors in finding rides. Answer calls and emails to facilitate matches between clients and volunteer drivers. Dispatchers are needed mid-day from 10am - 2pm, and can choose what day they would like to volunteer. Dispatchers can volunteer from their own computer. Click here for more information.
