Highlighted Employer
Manages and leads the Budgeting and Reporting Unit, acts as a subject matter expert, and provides guidance on unit functions and departmental operations. Administers and monitors internal fiscal control procedures to ensure financial viability of Alliance Programs. Participates in the planning and implementation of the Budgeting and Reporting Unit operational goals related to the growth and development of Alliance business operations. Manages, supervises, mentors and trains assigned staff. Performs other duties as assigned. 

Provides strategic management oversight in implementing, directing and monitoring the Alliance’s Data Analytics Services functions. Directs the Data Analytics Services Department, acts as a subject matter expert, and provides executive level advice and guidance on analytics issues and overall business operations. Maximizes the use of technology while ensuring clear business benefits and value when enhancing the use of Alliance data systems. Oversees the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data reporting and analysis throughout the organization. Directs, manages and supervises Data Analytics Services Department staff. Performs other duties as assigned.

Assists the Pharmacy Department with internal and external issue resolution and communications requiring specialized pharmacy technical ability and expertise related to medication coordination. Reviews and processes prior authorization requests for physician-administered drugs, which includes intake, triage, and associated correspondence, using established criteria. Ensures accuracy and performs timely review of member and provider correspondence. Assists in the implementation and maintenance of pharmacy programs, such as medication reconciliation. Performs other duties as assigned.

Performs highly visible greeting and communication functions for employees, members, providers and visitors, routes calls, and trains other staff in reception functions. Provides administrative and clerical support related to Facilities and Administrative Services Department activities. Maintains Reception procedures manual and a variety of logs and calendars. Performs other duties as assigned. 

Oversees Windows, HP-UX, Linux, and VMWare Server systems engineering, security, and architecture. Performs Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) engineering, security, and administration functions. Performs daily system maintenance processes. Acts as a technical lead to the Systems Engineering team. Performs other duties as assigned.

The Volunteer Center of Santa Cruz County is seeking a Marketing and Development Assistant. This volunteer position has responsibility for various aspects of the organization including, but not limited to the following: Helping moderate monthly newsletter, including assisting with acquiring timely important information and may also design graphics that can be used in perpetuity.
