Performs responsible paraprofessional accounting work which entails the continuing application of technical accounting principles and procedures which require considerable interpretive ability and judgment; and do related work as required.
Learns to determine initial and/or ongoing eligibility and authorizes benefits for public employment and benefit services programs such as CalFresh, Medi-Cal, and Cash Assistance (GA and CalWORKS) using multiple technologies and provides excellent customer service; performs a wide variety of clerical duties; and does other work as required.
Determines financial and residential eligibility of applicants to the California Children's Services Program for diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions or disabilities; manages assigned caseload; and does other work as required
Plans, organizes and directs the Building Section of the Community Development & Infrastructure Department; provides policy guidance and direction in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and ordinances; and performs other work as required.
Inspects refuse being discharged at County landfill sites for unacceptable, hazardous, or toxic materials; accepts and stores wastes from the public at the County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility; maintains all storage and disposal records; informs the general public of the County, State and Federal laws and regulations concerning the disposal of hazardous materials; informs the general public of the laws and regulations concerning the disposal of hazardous materials; controls traffic in the active disposal area; general environmental monitoring; and performs other duties as required.
Installs, repairs and maintains a variety of electrical systems and equipment; and performs other work as required.
