Hanover celebrates new playground, other upgrades at Pole Green Park

We celebrated a series of exciting upgrades at Pole Green Park last Friday — highlighted by a colorful, safe and accessible playground that’s already a favorite among kids (and parents too!).

The renovated playground was shaped by feedback from more than 1,800 residents and now features inclusive play elements like ramps, musical instruments, a wheelchair-friendly spinner and a “Swing Along” for parents and toddlers to enjoy together.

Beyond the playground, visitors will notice new pickleball lighting, fresh fencing and bleachers, new goal posts and scoreboards, upgraded walkways and benches, and paved parking lots — all part of making Pole Green Park even more welcoming and accessible for everyone.

We’re glad to bring these upgrades to one of our community’s favorite parks!
