Early voting for the March 3 Primary Election is February 18-February 28.
- Find the ballot for your county on the Texas Secretary of State website.
- February 3 is the deadline to register to vote in the March 3 Primary Election.
For the general election on November 3, deadline to register to vote is October 5.

are partnering to encourage members to help promote the upcoming Census to your contacts. About $1.5 trillion is allocated to states and local governments based off of Census results, funding many public services that make our communities better. Membership:
Every change affects a chain
Brokers:
Keep in mind that GLAR is not notified when an agent makes a change. Recently it was discovered a person retained Membership, MLS access and an active SupraKey for
3 months after their license was made inactive
.
This is an avoidable liability for the broker who did not report the disassociation.
GLAR must receive the
Member Status Change
form
within 1 business day
Agents:
Whether placing your license on inactive status, changing brokers, changing your home address, phone or email GLAR must receive either the
Member Status Change
form or
Contact Change
form
within 1 business day
to update your record. We will push the information to MLS, NAR, TAR and Supra on your behalf.

GLAR.com
MLS Tip for February
New requirements for TEAMS per NTREIS include:
- The team name must be registered with TREC to be used in the MLS
- The team leader must be designated as a supervisor in TREC to be used when closing a listing
- The agent who actually worked with the buyer must be shown in the Sales information when closing in MLS
- The team leader can be listed as Selling Agent 2 or Selling Agent Supervisor if registered as such with TREC

need to do anything.
Heads up...
IF you have an old non-bluetooth iBox listed in your inventory, we are going to contact you in early February. Supra will be here at our building for 1 day in late February to do last-chance upgrades for $35 per old box. We will contact you with further information.
