Join CMHA Grey Bruce on Saturday, July 25 for the 5th Annual Walk for Courage.
Inspired by the Courage family following the loss of their son, Jeff Courage, to suicide in 2019, the Walk has grown into a community movement of hope, remembrance, and support.
Every step taken, and every dollar raised stays local, helping fund mental health awareness and suicide prevention initiatives, including Mental Health First Aid, safeTALK, and ASIST training programs.
Whether you walk in memory, in support, or because you believe mental health matters, you'll be making a difference.
Can't join us? You can still support the Walk by making a donation or bidding in our online auction. Every contribution helps build a stronger, more connected Grey Bruce.

Rampage Jr. C Lacrosse Club Donates $3,250 to CMHA Grey Bruce
| | | | |
We are incredibly grateful to the West Grey Rampage Jr. C Lacrosse Club for raising an amazing $3,250 during their Mental Health Matters awareness and fundraising night.
The evening featured mental health messaging throughout the arena, public announcements, an information booth, and community fundraising through door sales, a ball toss, and a 50/50 draw. It was a wonderful example of how sport can bring people together to support an important cause.
A heartfelt thank you to the West Grey Rampage organization, the players, volunteers, fans, and everyone who attended and contributed. Your support is helping strengthen mental health programs and services throughout Grey Bruce.

We are incredibly grateful to Jeff's Auto Recycling for their generous $2,100 donation to CMHA Grey Bruce.
This year marks 30 years in business for Jeff's Auto Recycling, and to celebrate this milestone, they chose to give back to the community by supporting local mental health. The donation was made in memory of their dear friend Shawn, who was lost to mental health struggles two years ago.
A heartfelt thank you to Jeff, Kerri, their staff, and everyone who supported this initiative. Your generosity and commitment to honouring Shawn's memory will help strengthen mental health programs and services throughout Grey Bruce.
