Happy Friday Hope!
As you read this I am arriving in Tel Aviv, Israel for a Spring Break tour of the Holy Land. This is a bucket list trip for me. Last weekend as I was preaching about Jesus calming a storm on the Sea of Galilee I was thinking I will actually be at the Sea of Galilee in a matter of days!
A lot of times we talk about the “stories” of the Bible. They are stories. There are characters. There are plot twists. Heroes and villains. Sometimes we forget that the stories are true. Real people in real places with real hopes and fears and problems and joys.
The stories of the Bible are the stories of our lives.
#MiracleMarch is about believing that a very real God, with a very real love and very real grace and very real power shows up in the midst of our lives.
How have you been seeing God show up in your life lately?
How have you been experiencing God’s power in your life?
Where do you see evidence of God’s grace and love?
Of course I’m excited to “walk where Jesus walked” and at the same time I’m really going to miss worshiping with you at Hope. Whether you were here last weekend, or it’s been a while, I hope you’ll make plans to come worship this weekend.
will be preaching a sermon called
When Life Breaks In
The worship team will be rocking. Friendly Jesus will make an appearance. And the power of God’s presence with us can give us healing and hope.
The Lenten Mission Project is

I love being your pastor. You’re a great church! If you’re traveling over Spring Break, prayers for God’s blessings on your time and remember you can always worship at
