Join fellow congregants for a Chinese-Thai dinner (fixed menu) at Hong Kong Fusion in Cherry Hill. Immediately following our 6:30 pm Kabbalat Shabbat service (approximately 7:30 pm), we'll head to the restaurant for a group dinner outing. $25 per person. BYOB. RSVP required by August 10.

Come 15 minutes early for schmoozing and light refreshments before Torah Study begins on the hour. All are welcome to join the conversation; no RSVP or previous experience necessary.

Our service schedule is listed on your High Holy Day tickets and on our website calendar. The holy days begin in early September, so be sure to return your Membership Forms if you have not done so already.

Family Tashlich Service at Croft Farm

We symbolically cast off our sins by tossing bread crumbs into the river, together as a M'kor Shalom family. BYOB (Bring Your Own Bread) to this short 15 minute service at Croft Farm on Borton's Mill Road in Cherry Hill. No RSVP necessary.

Spice Up Your Judaism

Note: Class handouts and materials are often available in advance, along with recommended reading. Look for the new "Adult Education Courses" shelf in the M'kor Shalom Library.

Our Caring Community volunteers are here to help congregants in need of support.
Volunteers provide: Transportation, Meals on a short-term basis, Shopping, Telephone reassurance, Friendly visits, Shiva set-up assistance, more
. If you or someone in your family is confined to home because of illness or injury, M'kor Shalom's Caring Community volunteers are here to help. Please contact Jane Bloom or the synagogue office, so our volunteers can respond to your needs.

We ask that you complete and return your forms as soon as possible, as we are finalizing our classes, teachers and the curriculum. High Holy Day Food Drive

High Holy Day collections are vital to the JFCS program to feed those in need. Collection bags will be available at Rosh Hashanah services.

We have collection bins in both the main office and the school office. Drop off during regular office hours. These materials will be recycled and the congregation will receive a cash rebate. A win-win opportunity!
