RIBBA Client Spotlight
RIBBA is proud to support Bacary Diatta, founder and owner of Kassumay LLC, a Rhode Island company that is celebrating Senegal, West Africa's nutritional hibiscus sabdariffa. We were able to provide a Bridge Loan of $13,000 to this Rhode Island business, which enabled Kassumay to fulfill more orders and create new business opportunities. Now, Kassumay has obtained a nationwide barcode and has its delicious sparking drinks, juice, and fruit spreads available on Amazon, in Walmart, Whole Foods Market, Urban Green, and Clements Marketplace. We wish you and all our clients continued success!

Celebrating RIBBA's Emerging Leaders
Congratulations on your promotion, Jennifer Bryant to Director of Clinical Engagement!
We are thrilled to recognize the career growth of all our Emerging Leaders Development Program participants.
"Participating in the Emerging Leaders program has helped me in developing my career plan. It has provided me with assessments and tools that have taught me how to identify my personal leadership style and the impact it has on my personal success and the success of those in my charge. I’ve learned how to communicate more effectively and how to have collaborative business interactions for issues that are important to me. Through working with my mentor, I’ve gained access to an amazing network or leaders and supporters who have helped me in reaching personal and professional goals. Finally, I’ve gained many new friends while working with others in the cohort." - Jennifer Bryant, Emerging Leaders Participant
