Good Saturday morning, Palmetto Bay. This week has been a busy one as Miami-Dade County announced the lifting of the curfew and the re-opening of beaches. Here in the Village, if you want to get out and about and enjoy our beautiful parks, feel free! Yes, in keeping with Miami-Dade County's "Moving to a New Normal" plan, all five Palmetto Bay parks have reopened with limited recreational activities . Please see the chart below. There's some encouraging news about our tennis at Coral Reef Park. Doubles play has returned, and registration is now open for our half-day summer tennis camp beginning June 29th. Please continue to follow all safety guidelines and social distancing practices as noted. Thanks! Have a great week.
Parks
All Palmetto Bay Parks are reopened with limited recreation. Current CDC and State Health Department guidelines regarding the use of masks, 6 feet of social distancing between individuals and limit of groups to 10 people or fewer, must be followed. Tennis
This year, the Village of Palmetto Bay is offering a Half-Day Tennis Summer Camp program at Coral Reef Park. The program starts on Monday, June 29th and runs through Friday, August 14th. Camp hours are 9 am to noon, Monday to Friday.  

The links to the registration and payment forms are included below. You only need to complete the registration form once. If you decide to register your child or children for other weeks, you will only have to complete the payment form. The weekly cost for the camp is $115, a sibling discount is available. Daily rates are also an option at $23 per day based on availability. Due to COVID-19 guidelines,  participation is capped at 20 campers on a first-come (registered), first-served basis.

Palmetto Bay Ranks #1 in Census Completion AGAIN!
We've done it again! For the seventh straight week, Palmetto Bay is number one in U.S. Census completion in Miami-Dade County at 74.3 percent! Every week, we have topped 33 other municipalities in the county, and we need to keep it going. Please, if you haven't completed your form yet, there's still time and it's so important. Remember, you can return it by mail, online or phone. Let's keep it going Palmetto Bay, and get the representation and dollars we are entitled to. Click here for more information. Thank you.
Straight From the Farm Food
Because of COVID-19, Florida growers have lost thousands upon thousands of dollars. Want to help them AND get fresh, delicious crops straight from the farm to you? Florida's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is working to connect Florida producers with consumers and businesses to purchase Florida products.  Check out the new, interactive map where you can find growers who are selling directly to consumers. A win-win!
Voting by Mail
