Senior Game Day at Ludovici Park

Save the Date for Senior Game Day . Beginning May 3rd, and the Thursday of every month through September, Village Seniors are invited to Ludovici Park for games, speakers and lunch. Join sponsor Councilmember Karyn Cunningham from 11 am - 2 pm. Registration strongly encouraged. Ludovici Park is located at 17641 Old Cutler Road, gathering will be held at the Edward and Arlene Feller Community Room .
Solar Power Workshop Wednesday Night
Your friends at the Village of Palmetto Bay want to help you harness the sun! Join us us and our friends from Pinecrest and Cutler Bay for a free workshop at Village Hall, April 11, 2018 at 7 pm. The non-profit, "Solar United Neighbors" will be on hand to answer all of your questions on how you can go solar and save money!Wanna save money and go solar? Earth Day Events to last a Week in the Village
Earth Day is on Sunday April 22nd, but here in Palmetto Bay, we're celebrating all week!

Starting on Monday the 16th through the 18th, area elementary schools will be holding ladybug releases.

Everybody loves a film, why not enjoy one in the great outdoors? The beautiful Coral Reef Park will be home to "Earth Day Movie Night" from 8 pm - 10 pm. "Nut Job 2 Nutty by Nature" will be the featured presentation. Don't forget to bring your blankets and chairs!

On Saturday the 21st, come and get your  free shade tree! The giveaway will be held at Ludovici Park from 8 am - 11 am. (Proof of PB residency required. One tree per residence).


  • An escorted, scenic bike ride in Palmetto Bay
  • A discovery/nature walk and animal encounter
  • A DJ and Farmer's Market
  • Pet adoptions by Miami-Dade County's H.O.P.E Express
  • A canal clean-up aboard kayaks
  • BMX Demo Course and so much more!

Starting at 1:30 pm, the family-filled festivities will start with an escorted 5-mile bike ride along the Old Cutler Bike Trail visiting some of Palmetto Bay's beautiful landmarks. Bikers will take off at 1:30 pm sharp and return back to Coral Reef Park by 2:15 p.m. Online registration for the bike ride  is now open .  Helmets and bike locks are required for the ride. Also at 1:30, a Canal clean-up aboard kayaks. Registration will be done at the park. A limited number of kayaks will be provided. Participants with their own kayaks are invited to bring them to the park.
