Superintendent Carvalho Coming to Palmetto Bay
This Tuesday, February 19th at 2:00 p.m. Superintendent Alberto M. Carvalho , School Board Member Dr. Larry Feldman alongside Mayor Karyn Cunningham and your Village Council will be at Village Hall to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for School Resource Officers in the Village. Please join us.  #TeamPB
Take our R.A.D. classes
J oin the Palmetto Bay Police as they host the R.A.D. Rape, Aggression and Defense class. This is a 3 class series which will take place at Village Hall on February 19, 21 & 26. There are a few spots left. Register at Village Hall (front desk) or call the Policing Unit at 305-278-4000.
Pineland Clean-Up Rescheduled
Let's all pitch in to keep our natural resources clean and clear so they can flourish. Join us at Coral Reef Park on the new date, February 23rd to help out. 8-10 am
Family Kayak Adventure
Our beautiful South Florida weather makes this the perfect time to try this popular outing! Gather the kids and hit the water for a gentle glide on Biscayne Bay . February 23, 9 am at Thalatta Estate.
Yoga by the Bay
Gentle yoga explores breathing, meditation and relaxation practices. Ages 15 and up welcome. All LEVELS. Please bring your yoga mat and water bottle.
Councilmember for a Day
J oin District 1 Councilmember Patrick Fiore the last Saturday of every month to traverse the Village and explore areas of concern. Please contact him to be part of the first trip on Saturday morning, February 23rd at 9 am.
Bike to Work Day
We're teaming up with "Bike 305" on Friday March 1st . We'll meet at Village Hall at 6:30 and pedal off to the Dadeland South Metrorail Station. Free t-shirt, one- way Metrorail ticket. Let's begin the weekend on two wheels!
17th Annual Picnic Celebration
It's our 17th year incorporation outdoor par-tay! Carnival rides and games, the Mayor's Cup baseball game, and performances by local talented students and groups in the community. The food and fun begins at 11 am and runs until 2 pm, March 2nd at Coral Reef Park. FREE!
Sherlock Showdown
Join us for "Sherlock Showdown", an escape room experience.
Friday, March 8th, 7:30 Thalatta Estate. Tickets are $35 ea. Bring your own team or be matched up with others participants. Fun!
Samantha's Purpose Run, Walk & Stroll 2K
Help support Samantha's Purpose (a.k.a. Voices for Cerebral Palsy) on Saturday, March 9th at Coral Reef Park. After the 2K, there'll be a kids activity area, food vendors and fun! Your pre-registration fee of 15 dollars includes a tee-shirt and participation medal.
