The 2017-2018 School Calendar Is Here
In a collaborative effort between parents, teachers, staff members, and students, next year's calendar features an Instructional Start Day of August 28th, an End Day of June 15th, and the ability for middle and high school students to finish First Semester coursework before Winter Break. Additionally, when Yom Kippur falls on a School Day in 2018, that day will be used as a Local Holiday in lieu of the second President's Day.
CCUSD Saves $24M On Bond Sale
Culver City residents will save quite a bit of money after the school board approved the sale of $53 million in Series II Measure CC bonds earlier than expected.  The total debt service anticipated when the bonds were first approved was approximately $114.7 million, but the recent refinancing means the District will only pay $90.1 million.  Measure CC bonds fund a wide array of improvement projects including the new Frost Auditorium.
