DIFF is pleased to partner with the Bengali Film Festival of Dallas for a screening of PARIKRAMA, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Goutam Ghose. A powerful reflection on nature, humanity, and resilience, Parikrama explores the deep ties between people and the environment through Ghose’s signature visual storytelling.
The screening is Sunday, August 3, 2025, at 6:00 PM, Angelika Film Center & Café - Dallas.

Now in its second year, Spanish Cinema Now+ 2025 in Dallas presents a showcase of films reflecting the breadth of styles and talent at work in Spain today, including established auteurs and emerging filmmakers from the international festival scene. After its spring presentation in Washington, DC, the Meadows Museum brings these films to Texas thanks to a partnership with the Cultural Office of the Embassy of Spain in Washington, D.C., and Dallas Film.
The August screening is Un amor (One Love, 2023), a drama directed by Isabel Coixet from a screenplay by Coixet and Laura Ferrero based on the novel of the same name. This film was nominated in multiple categories for the 38th Goya Awards, including Best Film, Best Director, Best Cinematography, Best Actress, and Best Actor.
This film, while not rated, is intended for mature audiences only. It contains scenes of a strong sexual nature that some viewers may find upsetting.

Dallas International Film Festival proudly presents the 2nd Annual DIFF SHORTS Film Festival, a celebration of the art of short-form storytelling.
