Agape Dinner had a Fabulous February Last night's monthly Agape Drive-Thru Dinner was another amazing event! Many church members and Agape friends stopped by to pick up a great, free dinner. Everyone was also given a special "Lent-in-a-Bag" resource from our church, and quite a few also shared the love with donations for the upcoming Help for the Homeless Hygiene Drive. A BIG thanks again goes to all our terrific Agape volunteers! The next Agape Drive-Thru Dinner is scheduled for Wednesday March 3!

Pastors in the Family Life Center Looking for something to do today at 10am? Why not stop by the church and visit with some members and friends. This is a great, safe way to connect for a short time each week and have some safe "in person" contact. We sure hope to see you there!

Sunday's Worship Update This Sunday, join us at 9:45am as we celebrate God’s abiding love! We'll focus on two scripture passages: Isaiah 40:21-31 and Mark 1:29-39. Are you feeling tired and weary? Are you in need of healing and wholeness? Discover how God’s healing words can sustain us even amid troubles. Find out how God can raise you up! We'll also be sharing the sacrament of Communion on Sunday. We'll provide safe elements for those worshiping in the sanctuary, but remember to gather your elements if you're joining us from home. Happy Anniversary Pastor Luke! On the first Sunday in February back in 2013, Rev. Dr. Luke Farwell officially began serving as our minister here at First United Presbyterian Church. Be sure to wish Pastor Luke a happy eighth anniversary, and let all the Farwells know how glad we are that their family is a part of our church family!

CORE & JAM Youth Groups This Sunday is the first Sunday of the month which means it is time for our youth group gathering (1st and 3rd Sundays). Please join us downstairs in the Middle High Youth Room from 11am until noon.

Tubing at Winter Park in Kewaunee!  Thanks to all those who were able to join us for some tubing fun last Sunday! We had 17 children, youth, and adults hit the hills for some great fun and fellowship. Watch for more church family event plans that may pop up as we move into the new year!

Session Retreat Our Session will be gathering on Saturday, February 13 from 8:30 to 10am via Zoom to discuss the importance of Worship in the life of FUPC and the Session’s responsibilities in its maintenance and provision.

Lent is Coming Lent begins February 17 and lasts for 40 days (excluding Sundays) as we journey toward Easter. We hope many of you were able to pick up your “Lent in a Bag” resource at last night's Agape Drive-Thru. If not, they're available for you in the church office and on Sunday mornings during worship. If you cannot pick yours up, you can contact the office to have one delivered to you.

Ash Wednesday Drive-Thru Ashes Ash Wednesday starts us on our journey through Lent with a public act of confession and repentance. We acknowledge that we all sin, fall short of the glory of God, and express our own morality, “For you are dust, and to dust you shall return” (Genesis 3:19). On Wednesday, February 17, from 10-10:30am or 6:30-7pm, you can drive up with your mask on, and Pastors Luke and Meggan will apply ashes on your hand or forehead with a clean Q-Tip and give you a resource to take home to read. Hope to see you there!

Valentine’s Day "Sweets for Your Sweetheart" Following worship on Sunday, February 14th, our Connecting Ministry will be holding a "Sweets for Your Sweetheart" Dessert Drive-Thru Sale to raise money for the annual "Help for the Homeless Hygiene Drive." The $10 boxes will include white chocolate/raspberry cheesecake, strawberries and cream cupcakes, and sugar cookies with royal frosting! What a great way to provide some sweets for your sweetheart while contributing to a good local cause.

Church Photo Directories are Here! We have about 40 directories left, so please stop by and pick yours up by the Waubaunuqua Trail church entrance (office side). They're available 24/7. They'll also be moved to the front Narthex on Sunday mornings for your convenience. If you can't pick yours up, contact the church office to arrange for a possible delivery to you.
