Congratulations to Joni Emmendorfer, who was nominated as the Employee of the Month at the West Branch Medical Office Building!

A few notes from Joni's nomination:

Joni is a constant ray of sunshine here in the office. She is always the first one to greet you in the morning with a smile on her face. She is always willing to learn new tasks, no matter how difficult, without being asked. When she isn't making the office laugh, you willl always find her willing to work late hours when needed, especially those with young kids or grandkids. The office would not run the same without her!

Thanks, Joni, for #DoingWhatsBest!

ANNUAL EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS

Submitted by Allyson Joyce PHR, SHRM-CP, Director of Human Resources

The time of year has come once again for annual employee performance evaluations! Like last year, all employee evaluations will be completed in MyHR. Although the document will be completed electronically, the process for receiving evaluations will remain the same. Leadership will still meet with employees in-person to discuss the annual performance evaluations. Upon completion of the in-person meeting, employees must sign in to MyHR to acknowledge their performance management document. HERE is a short PowerPoint presentation explaining the process.

We will be creating these documents within the next few days for managers to begin the process. They will have until September 30, 2023 to complete all performance evaluations. Please feel free to reach out to Human Resources with any further questions regarding this process.
