Our Annual Fund Drive is in full swing. Currently we are at

Thank you to those who have already contributed to our AFD to help ensure our kids continue to enjoy technology, music, art, PE, a reading specialist, a librarian, yard aides, a computer lab, school supplies for the classroom AND SO MUCH MORE. Without your participation, we will not be able to fund the incredible educational experiences that your child enjoys at Bay Laurel.
If you donated at a Bronze level or higher and did not receive your Bay Laurel magnet, please pick one up in the office!

Karen Kimmel
(Assistant Superintendent, Business) and
Steve Scifres
(Director, Curriculum & Athletics). They will be on hand to give a short presentation on district funding and to answer any questions you may have.

8:30-9:30AM
. Learn more about events at the school and find out how you can volunteer to be apart of the fun! We rely on volunteers to make our events great for our kids!

You can now earn $$ for our school with the new & improved Box Tops mobile app. The app will scan your store receipt, find participating products & instantly add Box Tops to our school's earnings online!
Box Tops are still worth 10¢ each for our school.
Eventually the Box Tops program will become digital-only. For now, you can continue to clip & submit traditional Box Tops to the office Collection Box until they are phased out.

By Laurel Elementary is proud to offer a number of high quality after-school care and enrichment classes. Information is posted on our
PFA website
for after-school care and enrichment activities from the following providers: Boys & Girls Club, the YMCA, Homework Club, Sports with Coach Dante, and JAXX Theatricals.
Coach Dante
starts this Tuesday, September 10th so enroll today. Basketball will be on Tuesdays, Dynamic Sports on Wednesday, and Flag Football on Thursdays. All registration information is located on the
PFA Website.

Bay Laurel's Homework Club has been helping our students succeed since 2010. Homework Club's experienced staff members of LVUSD employees offer an after school program with superior academic support for students in grades 1-5. Try it out!
