A message from our President

I hope you and your loved ones are healthy and have managed to create your new normal during this unsettled time. We are fortunate to be classified as "essential" and have remained open during this difficult period.   The O,R & L team is adapting to the ever-changing environment. We are working remotely using various video conferencing platforms; maintained our safe site condition procedures; revised our indoor air quality requirements; and are focused on moving projects forward as promised.  As we mark our 30th Anniversary, we are proud and grateful that while building facilities, we have successfully cultivated long-term, trusted client and consultant relationships that have withstood the test of time. We are looking forward to strengthening these alliances and forging new ones in the years ahead. Until we meet again - in person - be well and stay strong.

Once tipped off it may slow down or speed up at times , but remains in a state of constant motion. Defined as “Flow", the focus of Lean Construction is on a company culture based on mutual respect, maintaining essentials, anticipating, and being pro-active in order to achieve a smooth process while reducing wastes, redundancy and cost.

Featured Project: HHC/CSA - Rocky Hill Surgery Center Interior Renovation - 11,000 sq. ft.

O,R&L Construction completed a 11,000 sq. ft. renovation of the surgery facilities interior space, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and code updates. We worked with the architect & engineering team, providing constructibility input, drawing review, sequencing and value engineering recommendations. O,R&L Construction also worked with the CT Department of Health to gain the necessary approvals.
