Tecta America is in a partnership with four other Florida roofing contractors; ABC, FRSA, Valencia College and Career Source of Florida to embark on developing our roofers in the first Florida Register Roofing Apprenticeship.
This is a three-year program that includes 432 hours of classroom training and 6000 hours of on-the-job training. This a HUGE step forward for the roofing industry and roofing companies in Florida.
