Aurora Chamber of Commerce Newsletter
The mission of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce is to facilitate the growth of
Aurora area businesses, promote tourism, and invest in programs
that enhance and enrich the community.

Happy Birthday America!

What a wonderful celebration in Aurora on July 4th. It was a hot one- but a beautiful day!

The Aurora Business & Community Golf Outing was held on June 21 at Boulder Creek Golf Club in Streetsboro. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! Sunshine and low humidity made for a perfect day for the 72 golfers. Of course, there wouldn’t have been an outing without the help of the 12 absolutely amazing volunteers who helped from 7:00am to 4:00pm. THANK YOU!!!

We had another successful Party on the Patio at Mad Jack’s on June 12 and we are looking forward to our next event on July 12 at The Aurora Inn.

Mark your calendars for the 2018 Drive it Yourself Tour on July 21 from 11 am-3 pm. We currently have 22 businesses registered in Aurora. Come out and see all that Aurora has to offer you! The maps will be ready for distribution by July 13 and they will be available at the Chamber Office or at allaboutaurora.com.

On a sad note…Francie Carbone, our Executive Assistant at The Chamber for the past 5 years has decided to move on. She has accepted a position with the City of Solon. Please join me in wishing her well. Gone but NEVER forgotten. We will miss you Francie!!!

Let’s make things happen!!!
