Fore! the Kids
The Helping Children Benefit Golf Tournament has consistently impacted our community by making a difference in the lives of local children. We are proud to be part of such a great cause and a fun event to enjoy a day of golf and comradery. The community involvement and generosity in this event is truly a blessing and we look forward to another successful benefit!”

Let's Visit
When visiting with parents and grandparents, sometimes we hear the old adage “If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it.” While this approach may work in some areas of life, this should not be used for healthcare. After all, you most likely have routine maintenance done on your car so it runs better for longer, right?
Babies Need Tummy Time
Because it is recommended that babies sleep on their back, babies need enough supervised tummy time during awake hours to strengthen neck, shoulder, and back muscles. This strength is needed for rolling over, crawling, reaching and playing.
