We've Streamlined Our Procedures.
Covid-19 prompted a few changes to our organization including, the formation of our Customer Care Team. We are known for optimizing workflows and simplifying daily operations within the B2B marketplace. As we advance into a new way and world of work, our goal is to ensure that we continue to provide quality service and support to our clients and customers. 

Our customer care team will be responsible for fueling the service provided across the organization, as well as monitor, and support alerts & queries in a timely manner. We've taken the time to streamline our internal systems to support processes and our online platform, including our E-Commerce website.

New Appointments
We are pleased to share a few key appointments to our organization here at J.E. Bergasse, all of which have effective December 2020.
Kerdell Samuel has been promoted to Human Resource Administrator. She will assume a portion of the responsibilities formerly held by our previous HR Coordinator. Kerdell joined our organization in April 2019 as our Receptionist. Her enthusiasm for serving and satisfying customers and her willingness to take on additional responsibilities has us encouraged that she will be an excellent Human Resource Administrator.
Menellia Valcent has been promoted to Manager, Marketing & Promotions. Her responsibility is to effectively manage the market development for the J.E. Bergasse Group of Companies and to oversee the newly formed Customer Care Desk. Menellia joined our organization in 2011.
