We can all make a difference in the lives of others in need, because it is the most simple of gestures that make the most significant of differences.

We have added Tuesdays
to our calendar!

We now have
"Coffee, Tea and Conversation"
with Joan from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. You are welcome to drop in anytime during that time period to chat, have a cup of tea/coffee and a snack. A time to unwind a bit. You may bring your loved one or come alone. We know as caregivers you have a lot of stress and can sometimes feel blue. Joan will be there for you to talk with, or just listen and support.

It's so important to take care of yourself for your loved one and you!
