Attending a District Conference is an opportunity to be part of something transformative. Rotarians are united by a common goal: to make an impact in our communities and the world. Join us from 5 pm on Friday, 30 May 2025 to 1pm Sunday 1 June 2025 at the St Clair Center for the Arts in Windsor Canada where we will celebrate the achievements of our District 6400 Clubs during the 2024-2025 Rotary year.

This event promises to inspire, challenge, and energize every participant. You will have an opportunity to connect and collaborate with other like-minded Rotarians on innovative projects that can change lives. You will also strengthen old friendships and make new Rotary friends.

The Conference kicks off on Friday evening with an array of delicious food stations featuring Canadian favorites such as poutine, Windsor pizza, sliders, etc. After dinner make the short 4 block walk over to Windsor's venerable Capital Theatre for an amazing evening of entertainment. The concert will feature talented S'aints band, a local fan favorite, and an International, Grammy winning musical talent - Gaby Moreno. Check her out on social media. Entry to the concert is included in the one low registration cost of $300USD which goes up to $325 on 31 January 2025. https://rotary6400.org/?page_id=13691

We have secured a block of rooms at the Best Western and DoubleTree Hotels, both of which are attached to the St Clair Centre. The block rates expire on 31 December and cannot be extended. For those within a short drive, hotel accommodation is not necessary and you could go home and sleep in your own bed.

The Conference begins in earnest on Saturday and Sunday mornings with internationally recognized speakers who will share their stories which will inspire you to take action and make a difference. Saturday afternoon is free time for you to explore the Windsor Riverfront or take a Riverboat Cruise down the Detroit River. The 2 hour cruise goes from across the conference hall under the Ambassador bridge and under the new Gordie Howe bridge, then back to downtown Windsor. The cost of the cruise is included with your registration package. There are only 200 spots available on the cruise, so make sure that you secure your spot soon.

On Saturday evening enjoy dinner from International food stations as well as a celebration of Rotarians and Club Awards presentations. This will be followed by an opportunity to network with your fellow Rotarians at the Hospitality Suites.

Register today and join your fellow Rotarians at the Rotary International Convention in Calgary! The registration fee goes up December 15th!

Many thanks to all the Rotary Clubs in our District for all the great work they did during their World Polio Day events. We raised money and we helped to raise awareness for Rotary's signature project. As Rotarians we are committed to keeping our promise to the Children of the World. The Rotary Club of LaSalle Centennial, for one, collected over $5,270 to fight polio!
