Wearing Blue for the Boys
In June when we celebrate Father’s Day, we also want to bring awareness to Men’s Health Month. This means raising awareness to make healthy lifestyle choices, scheduling annual healthcare visits and educating yourself on heart disease or diabetes. Please join Floyd Valley Healthcare in raising awareness for men’s health by wearing blue on June 17th for your husband, dad, son, brother, uncle, grandfathers and all males in your life.

Play Ball!
Players have been waiting all winter to get back on the field, and now all they want to do is play catch and maybe even get back to pitching. These repetitive motions may cause issues in their elbows including pain (usually on the inside of the elbow), restricted range of motion or locking / catching in the elbow joint.  If left untreated, throwing injuries can become complicated conditions.
