Our topic this month: "The Fear of Man: When We Make People Bigger than God"
How easy it is for us to make people’s opinions, praise, and insight more important than God’s. Instead of living with our eyes directed on the One who sees all, knows all, and controls all, we live under the gaze of those around us. Our speakers will be Bobette Hatteberg and Becca Roegiers. Come, learn, and grow with us as we explore this topic.
In-person and online through Zoom. Please let us know how you will attend.
Pastor Paul Tautges will present our topic this month: Peacemaking/Biblical Conflict Resolution. We'll gather in the Worship Center and also livestream the meeting here. Contact Derek Miller for more information.

"Grace for the Final Days: the Blessing of Hospice Care"
Sunday, April 18 @ 6:00-7:00 PM
Cornerstone Fellowship Hall
No one likes to think or talk about death. As believers, however, we need to begin family
conversations about the end of life long before we are confronted with it.
What is hospice and how does a Christian family walk through their final days with their loved ones? This seminar will address these questions and more in a biblical and sensitive manner.
Pastor Paul will teach us about the biblical understanding of a Christian’s death, Larry Carmical, a retired cancer nurse, will help us understand hospice from a medical point of view, and Bobette Hatteberg will share a personal testimony of how hospice care helped her family walk through her dad’s final weeks.
No matter your current season of life, this is an important topic to be thinking about. Please plan to join us.
Our program is called, "Delight in the Word," and features our Sunday messages. We're currently broadcasting an excellent series Pastor Paul preached through the book of Philippians.
Please be in prayer for the production of the programs, the maintenance of the website, and all the details. Pray also that God would use this weekly ministry to change hearts and lives.

WORTH PONDERING
"Imagine, for a moment, the reaction of Hell to the death of Christ. Jesus was bound with the bands of death. What celebration and joy! God was defeated! Vengeance was the Devil’s. But they reckoned without the wisdom of God. For Christ could not be held down by the bands of death. In fact through death He was paralyzing the one who had the power of death, and He was setting His people free (Heb. 2:14-15). What seemed to be defeat was actually victory. The Resurrection morning was Hell’s gloomiest day. Satan saw the wisdom of God and tasted defeat.”
