ISTAT selected O’Callaghan as the recipient of the 2025 ISTAT Award. Jetrader spoke to O’Callaghan, the first woman to be presented the award, about her journey in aviation finance, the evolution of the industry and her advice for the next generation.

Appraisers Exam Taking Place This May

The ISTAT Appraiser Program is holding its biannual exams from 6-8 May 2025 in London, Hong Kong and India. There are five candidates sitting the Appraiser exams and two Appraisers registered for the Senior exam, for a total of 18 exams. We wish all of them well in their preparations.

ISTAT Appraising – An Introduction at ISTAT Asia

During ISTAT Asia, there will be an ISTAT Appraising session held on 13 May at the conference hotel. All are welcome to attend, listen and ask questions on the role of Appraisers in aircraft financing, trading and investment, how Appraisers determine values as well as learning about appraising as a career. Please check the conference schedule for times and locations.
