Register for the Chicagoland Golf Tournament and Networking Reception

There is still time to register for the ISTAT Foundation’s eighth annual Chicagoland Golf Tournament, 3 June 2025. Golfers are also invited to attend a Networking Reception on 2 June 2025 at the LondonHouse Rooftop. Please note that ISTAT membership is required to register as a “Non-Golfer, Networking Reception” attendee. The cost for non-golfers is US$100. Separate registration is required for both events. Learn more.

Deadline Approaching for 2025 Grants Applications

There are less than two months left to apply for the ISTAT Foundation’s 2025 Grants Program. These grants encompass both Educational Grants and Humanitarian Grants and provide crucial funding to support individuals and organizations making a positive impact in their fields. Applications must be submitted by 26 May 2025.

Save the Date for Upcoming Fundraising Events

Mark your calendar for two golf events in September benefiting the ISTAT Foundation. The sixth annual Dublin Golf Tournament will be held on 25 September at the Grange Golf Club. You’re also invited to register for the 10^th annual Jetran Golf Tournament, 24-26 September, at Horseshoe Bay Resort in Horseshoe Bay, TX, USA. IAP Spring Exams Held

The IAP held its spring exams at testing centers on 6-8 May. A total of five Appraiser candidates sat for Appraiser certification in Hong Kong, Bangalore and London. Two ISTAT Certified Appraisers sat for the Senior Appraiser certification exam. The May 2025 exams have now concluded; planning will commence for the October 2025 exam cycle.

IAP at ISTAT Asia

The IAP was represented at ISTAT Asia on the Appraisers Panel by Olga Razzhivina, vice-chair of the IBG; Senior Appraisers Gueric Dechavanne and Mike Yeomans, and Appraiser Simon Finn. The panel was moderated by John Cunningham. In addition, Razzhivina gave an update during the ISTAT Appraisers Program Update session.
