The Spring Issue of Jetrader magazine is now available on the ISTAT website. The cover features various ISTAT Appraisers to commemorate the ISTAT Appraisers Program reaching a 40-year milestone last year. In the article, IAP Chair Stuart Rubin reflects on the IAP’s remarkable history of setting industry standards for aircraft valuation while charting a course for the future.
