Taylors Falls Business Park
What a deal!
The city of Taylors Falls purchased land and provide full utilities utilizing tax abatement from an Excel transformer site. Since the park is paid for the city is offering the land for $1. Taylors Falls is a border city, this allows the MN Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) funds available for the city to provide grants to eligible businesses. Rusheba Senior Living
The new senior living facility is now up and running. In 2018, Chisago County HRA - EDA sold their 20 unit independent senior living apartments to Silver Creek Senior Living. With additional land from the HRA-EDA and Rush City, they build 52 additional assisted and memory care units for a full senior campus. You can find more detailed information on their website .

Chisago County has many county parks that showcase the communities natural beauty. Interstate Park and Wild River State Park are equally as beautiful and just a quick drive away. Enjoy fishing, hiking, swimming and just relaxing on those hot summer days all while social distancing!
