"Cultivating a Good Family Heritage"

Saturday, Oct. 20 @ 6:00-8:00 pm
Cornerstone Community Church

What kind of family heritage are you passing down to your children? If it's only money, land, or some other material possession, it falls far short for a Christian family. God desires that we leave something more - a rich legacy of sweet memories, godly wisdom, and faith. In this workshop, Armand Tiffe (Cornerstone Pastor Emeritus) and his wife, Kathy, will share some practical things parents can do to promote family relationships that result in a legacy of true blessing. It will especially be helpful for parents of young children through early-teen-years.

Childcare is available. Advanced registration is required.

Advanced registration is required.  Register by Wednesday, Oct. 24th.

Struggling with addiction?
Know someone who is?

Addictions Victorious:
Christ-centered addiction support & transformation

Every Monday @ 6:30 pm
Cornerstone Fellowship Hall

There is hope! Our goal is to lead individuals who are enslaved by various addiction issues to Jesus Christ, who alone is able to provide complete pardon, healing, and a truly transformed life. We also embrace loved-ones and friends who find themselves on the other side of the addict's destructive lifestyle.

Our Mission

Our mission as a church is very simple and it comes directly from Jesus. Jesus gave the Church her mission in the "Great Commission" in Matthew 28:19-20. It defines why we exist as a church:

To glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ

"Together" Ministry Volunteers: We are looking for volunteers (members 18+ years old) to be a "buddy" to a child with special needs during the Sunday worship service. The role of a buddy would be to help them get the most out of the teacher-generated lesson, facilitate interaction with peers, ensure their safety, share the love of Jesus with the individual, and be a friend. Contact Mary Pat Martin for more information.

Homeless Ministry: Join us every Saturday evening as we partner with True Freedom Ministries to feed the homeless and offer the hope of Jesus Christ. We meet at Cornerstone at 6:45 and travel downtown together. Contact Fred Bucci for more information.

"Learning to pray doesn't offer us a less busy life; it offers us a less busy heart. In the midst of outer busyness."

Scripture Memory Program

Our memory verse for 9/30 - 10/6

"And you were dead in the trespasses and sins in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience -- among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind."

Ephesians 2:1-3, ESV
