August 25: Dedication ceremony, 12 - 12:30 p.m., Boise High School Braves Athletic Complex. While not part of the 2017 Bond, the Braves Athletic Complex is a significant investment in Boise High’s students. It contains two regulation soccer fields, a junior varsity softball field, and a junior high and sub-varsity football field that are also being used for varsity football practice. The new parking lot and field house will be ready by late August.

Dedication ceremony for Derhyl A. Dennis Career & Technical Education Center Addition, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., 3324 S. Pro Tech Drive, Boise. This 2017 bond supported project is the result of working closely with industry representatives in identifying the need for upgrading and expanding job training programs at the Center to help students better prepare for future postsecondary and career success.
