Calling all motorcyclists! Get ready for the ride of a lifetime! Our Florida to Connecticut Ride is our signature charity ride that starts on August 17 th and ends on August 23rd. It’s a 1900+ mile ride that allows you to take in the beauty of the East Coast while meeting and greeting Special Olympic athletes and Dream Riders along the way. Lucky Charm Schooling Show at Farmington Polo
The Pembroke Hill Equestrian Team held their Lucky Charm Schooling Show at The Farmington Polo Club this past month. Riders of all ages got to practice their ring etiquette and show off their shamrock spirit! It was a great day for the riders to get ready for competition!
Meet Chloe and her pony Cookie! Chloe is a senior at Farmington High School and also an intern at The Farmington Polo Club. She loves participating in the shows and bonding with the other riders. Check out her story below!
Celebrate Spring at Farmington Polo!
The Hometown Foundation, Inc. works with the Farmington Polo Club all year long and we are counting down the days to their Spring Celebration! On April 13th from 10am-1pm, there will be cookie decorating, story time, egg hunts, and entertainment! Free admission with non-perishable food donation to Farmington Food Pantry.

Tee Up for our 1st Annual Hometown Foundation, Inc. Golf Tournament
Join us for our 1st Annual Hometown Foundation, Inc. Golf Tournament! The day will start with a golf tournament at 10AM at Farmington Country Club and end with a celebratory evening at the Farmington Polo Club. The evening will include a car show, dinner, cocktails, and live auction. All proceeds will benefit Connecticut Children's Medical Center.
