May 2018
Funky Fridays returns to Sonoma Valley's Hood Mansion next week!
If you enjoy parks and a fun night out, be sure to put Friday nights on your summer calendar for the best concert series in Sonoma!

Since 2016, Funky Fridays has raised over $100,000 for parks! The proceeds of this year's concerts will support special projects at regional parks throughout Sonoma Valley, especially the fire-damaged Sonoma Valley Regional Park and Hood Mountain Regional Park and Open Space Preserve.

The 2018 concert series brings the return of popular local bands, as well as newcomers. Audiences will once again enjoy Volker Strifler, Funky Dozen, Frobeck, Soulshine, Pointlyss Sistars Band, The Bluesburners, Stax City, Dylan Black Project, Soul Fuse, Jami Jamison Band and Gator Nation. New for the 2018 line-up are Levi Lloyd & Friends, Sidemen and Rock & Roll Rhythm Revue.

Kenwood Vineyards has joined the Funky Fridays team as the exclusive wine sponsor, offering a range of premium and house varietal wines for sale by bottle or glass. Henhouse Brewing Company returns as the exclusive beer partner.

Pack a picnic or visit the on-site food trucks, featuring Tri-Tip Trolley, Picazo Cafe, Rainy Day Chocolates, Sweet Scoops and The Kettle Popcorn Show.

Gates open at 5:30 with 7-9 pm showtime for this family-friendly event. Adult admission is $10, and children 18 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased at the gate or in advance. Parking is free.
For the full schedule of bands, please visit the Funky Fridays website.
