Stakeholder Groups

The town board has identified ten stakeholder groups to work with the town's consultant in determining building usage and space needs of the community.  The consultant will consider input from these groups when formulating its recommendations to the town board regarding how the Red Brick Schoolhouse and Community Center might be utilized.  Additional information on this topic can be found on the "Red Brick Schoolhouse - Community Center" page of the town website (use link at the end of this message to access the website).
Attention Dog Owners - New Town Ordinance

The town board has revised and re-adopted its ordinance pertaining to the licensing and control of dogs.  The board has also worked with the Vilas County Clerk of Courts to develop the ability to issue citations for the enforcement of ordinances in the circuit court.  Other town ordinances are also being reviewed and those found worthy of enforcement will also be updated.  The new enforceable dog ordinance can be viewed on the "Ordinances" page of the town website (use link at the end of this message to access the website).
