New Pottery Exhibit
at Koskores Gallery
“The Plume Is the Painter: 40 Years of Redox Reactions on Clay” is now featured in the Koskores Gallery. The display — a solo exhibition of the work of Bob Green — will run until Jan. 30. An in-school reception will take place Tuesday, Jan. 13, from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. in the gallery.
Green has worked with clay for 30 years; he resides and works in Western Massachusetts as a full-time studio potter who teaches Raku and pit-fired pottery workshops. In his work, he continuously explores refining organic elements into classical vessel forms, investigating clay's malleability and fire's ephemeral effects on surfaces.

Students in grades 8 through 12 should apply by this date for the best chance of getting their first-choice program. More than a trip, these experiences allow students to build authentic relationships with inspiring leaders and local communities while engaging in hands-on learning in areas like conservation, education, sustainability, and marine biology. The tech-free environment and small group setting (10-12 students) foster reflection and connection.
Applications are open now (rolling admissions through May 1), but programs fill quickly. Click here to explore 2026 programs and apply.
