Happy New Year!

Redwood City Public Library wishes you a healthy and happy 2022. We look forward to bringing you our signature events and services and also to the addition of new innovations like the Makerspace. While we don't yet have a grand opening date for the Makerspace, we are working hard to get ready for you to create, craft and collaborate.

We are here for you during all of our open hours and with our safety measures in place. For your safety and convenience you can always access library services online as well. We have eBooks, eAudiobooks, streaming movies, online tutoring and so much more. We are just a phone call or email away to help you get started. If you'd rather not come inside the library, you can stop by our curbside door at the Downtown Library and we'll bring your items out to you.

If you are searching for a new read, check out our staff favorites of 2021. Looking for something specific? We have a wealth of reading lists for all ages, interests and topics, found here. You can also sign up for our Next Read service and one of our librarians will send you a personalized list of reading suggestions based on what you like. Happy reading!

We look back on 2021 with pride at all that we accomplished for and with our great community. We hope you enjoy the visual wrap-up below!

We also want to thank our supporters who donated last year to the World Bee Day fundraiser, the Makerspace (including in-kind gifts through the Amazon wish list and to the Makerspace Sneak Preview), matched gifts through employers and more. All gifts have been appreciated!
