New Century Careers Update
Message about COVID-19
New Century Careers continues to do its part by pausing all training sessions until further notice. While our sites are closed, our staff is still available as they work from home. These are difficult times, but we look forward to reopening to provide all of our valuable programming to the region and we continue to encourage applications for training.

For additional resources that may assist manufacturers, please refer to this online resource we've created.
Jobs Available
In response to the COVID-19 crisis New Century Careers is currently gathering information about local manufacturers who are seeking employees during this critical fight.
If your company or one you know needs entry level workers please let us know by contacting Patrick Bendel at (412) 258-6668 or [email protected].

  • Eastern Westmoreland CTC Machinist Training - Evening Classes

  • Pittsburgh (South Side) Machinist Training - Daylight and Evening Classes

M2K Spotlight
Jaylen earned an associate’s degree in Drafting and started working at Hamill Manufacturing. His supervisor recommended Jaylen come to New Century Careers and join the M2K program to learn more about the manufacturing process.

“Since I did a lot of drafting, learning what everything on the paper (blueprint) means, you get a new view of what you’re making on the computer because it’s a physical thing in front of you,” Jaylen said.

Jaylen's goal right now for the future is to become a full time CNC programmer.
New Century Job Shop
As we anticipate our ability to reopen our Job Shop in the coming weeks, we thank all of our loyal customers for the work they have provided to allow NCC to continue real-world work experiences once our trainees return.

If you would like to have the Job Shop quote any work for you, please contact our Job Shop Manager, Jody Fazekas at 412-745-1013 /  [email protected] .
