HELP DALLAS THRIVE
USA Today CrowdRise Challenge
Dallas Afterschool has been selected as a finalist in the Community Thrives challenge by USA Today. We are in the running for a grant that could be $25,000, $50,000 or $100,000! However, to win we must raise at least $6,000 online by April 12th !

There's also a bonus challenge this week . The top 10 charities with the highest number of online donors between Monday, March 25, 2019 and Monday, April 1st, 2019 will each win $3,000.  Will you help us get there?
Your support helps us improve the quality of afterschool and summer programs and increases the number of families that can access those programs.

Please donate what you can. A donation of just $10 will help us reach our goal!

A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO
Christina K. Hanger
March madness has taken on a different meaning at Dallas Afterschool this month. It's been less about basketball and much more about all our efforts to move the needle for Dallas students.

On the heels of closing out our most successful RECESS! to date, we're now competing for a grant from USA Today, while also ensuring you have the tools needed to stay up-to-date on school finance reform.

We encourage you to get involved in our March Madness activities. Thank you for believing in our mission and work in the community!
