This summer, we invite you back into the power of storytelling with Tell Me Another Story, a continuation of last year’s fun series, Tell Me a Story. Each week, we’ll pair a favorite children’s book with a Gospel lesson to discover fresh truths about faith, grace, courage, kindness, and the love of God. Through familiar stories and the words of Jesus, we’ll be reminded that God still speaks through imagination, wonder, and the simple stories that shape our hearts. Join us this summer as we hear the Gospel in a whole new way—one story at a time.

Looking for a way to help with VBS and declutter your house/garage? We could put your old, no longer needed Christmas trees, stringed lights, and snow gear to good use! Christmas trees of all shapes, sizes, lights or no lights; we will take them all!

VBS

July 27-30 | 9:00am-12:00pm

Snowball Mountain Challenge invites kids to an exciting winter sports event where they become Challengers, gearing up for frosty games, snowy surprises, and hands-on lessons about resilience and faith. They will come to realize that with the strength God provides, they can share their gifts, be brave, give their all, pray, and hope.

Your kids will be guided daily by the energetic Activities Director and the lovable Ollie the Arctic Seal puppet, who is reporting on the events. Challengers aren’t just playing games. Using their Challenge Companion (the Bible), they learn to draw strength from their faith through powerful stories, while connecting the learnings to Bible Stories and Lift Lessons (Key Learnings).

With a unique winter theme and solid theology at its core, Snowball Mountain Challenge VBS delivers joy and meaning in equal measure, teaching kids that “I can do all things through him who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13, NRSV).

Modern Worship Service

Modern Worship Service Exciting Changes for Wednesday Night Worship

We’re preparing for a new chapter in our Wednesday night worship experience!

Beginning this summer, we will be refreshing and reimagining our Modern Worship service as we seek God's guidance for how this ministry can best serve our church and community. To allow time for prayer, planning, and rehearsal, after tonight, the Wednesday night service will take a three-week hiatus.

We invite you to join us for the relaunch of Modern Worship on Wednesday, July 8, at 6:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary for our Summer in the Sanctuary series. In addition to a new location and earlier start time, we are excited to introduce a renewed worship experience designed to help people connect with God in meaningful and authentic ways.

We are grateful for your prayers and support during this transition and look forward to worshiping together as we learn and grow together. Mark your calendars and invite a friend—we can't wait to see what God has in store!

Wiggle Church Worship Service

Our preschool will be closed this Thursday, so Wiggle Church will not meet on June 25.

Summer Events

Our Servant and Leadership Team (SALT) has worked hard to make sure the summer is filled with great events that the youth will enjoy doing. We will have something almost every Sunday and Tuesday in June and July. This summer, we're starting a new Bible study series called drive-in devotionals, where we'll meet at the Sonic on Little Rd. twice a month, grab a drink, do a little devotional, and hang out together. This was something SALT spearheaded all on their own, and I'm very excited to get going. Signups will be coming in the next week or so.

Young Adult Activities

We have a few events planned for the college-age students. In June, we're having a game night at the Norris Barn on Monday, June 22, at 7:00 PM. We'll have something in July, but it is still being finalized.

New Student Enrollment

St. Barnabas Early Education Center

We are currently accepting enrollment for the 2026/2027 school year for a few spaces in some of our classes. We offer 2 days Tuesday/Thursday, 3 days Monday/Wednesday/Friday, and 5 days Monday-Friday for infants 6 weeks of age through Pre-K 4-year-olds.

Our hours of operation starting August 12, 2026, with the upcoming school year, are 7am to 5:30pm for all children. We follow the Arlington ISD school calendar for holidays and closures.

We are currently accepting enrollment for the following spaces and offering a $50 discount off the registration/supply fee if you mention you saw this on Facebook and enroll by May 20!!
