Hometown Holiday 2020
June 26 - July 6
Hometown Holiday 2020
Downtown Parker, June 26 - July 6

Something exciting is coming to Downtown Parker!
No fireworks show? No problem!
The Parker Downtown Business Alliance is working to bring you a new way to celebrate the Fourth of July. While it won’t look like a “traditional” celebration, it will shine the spotlight on our local Downtown Parker businesses.

What is Parker’s Hometown Holiday?
As we all begin to return to “normal” activities, we all know that normal has taken on a new meaning in 2020. With fireworks shows cancelled this year, we have created a new way to celebrate with a fireworks scavenger hunt.

How do I participate?
  1. Look for the Hometown Holiday logo in the front window of Downtown Parker business. Please note: Not all Downtown Businesses are located just along Mainstreet. Participating businesses are located across Parker Road, and off of Pikes Peak Ave. as well, check our list of members at downtownparker.com
  2. Locate the Fireworks Display - it might be outside the business, in the storefront window or inside the business (please maintain social distancing and proper hygiene and etiquette). Be sure to explore the business when your are there!
  3. Take a selfie!
  4. Post your selfie and tag @DowntownParker on Instagram and Facebook with the hashtags #DTP and #HometownHoliday2020.

The more selfies you post, the more chances you have to win one of three $25 gift certificates from any member of the Downtown Business Alliance.
Winners will be announced the week of July 6 on the Downtown Parker Instagram and Facebook profiles.

(In order to tag @DowntownParker , be sure to like and follow the accounts on both Instagram and Facebook )
