There's a lot going on here at CoHousing Solutions, and we want to bring you up to speed
New milestones for our clients!
Despite the air of uncertainty brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic, our client communities continue to hit big milestones.

Both Fair Oaks EcoHousing in California, and Village Hearth Cohousing in Durham, North Carolina are moving in! After years of hard work, they are finally settling into their new homes.

Both communities still have a few homes available. What a unique opportunity to buy a brand new home during the community move-in period. If you're interested in learning more, click the links above to get in touch with the communities!
Washington Commons in West Sacramento recently acquired their Planning Commission approval through a video conference Commission meeting. Not only did the project warrant the commission's approval, it also warranted high praise and compliments:

"Great proposal, great project. . . I'm excited about this development and the quality of the project."
-Russ Liebig, Chair of the planning commission

"I love this! I think this is phenomenal . . . limited parking, bicycle, I am so excited!"
-Aria Berliner

"So special . . . approve of the approaches taken . . . interested in the ground floor, the green screen - small and vital changes."
-Bernadette Austin, Vice-Chair

"Love the design . . . intergenerational, parking but also bikes, connectivity support, community has the final say in the project."
-Francisco Castillo
And Haystack Heights in Spokane, Washington, closed on their construction loan and has finally broken ground!

All of the progress made by these communities shows that community is more important than ever, even in the midst of a pandemic!
A new office
We want to thank all our clients for bearing with us over the last month as we juggled working remotely, moving out of our old office, and settling into our new one. While our new office is just a block away from our last, we are enjoying the change of scenery and the extra space that our new location provides.
A new Marketing Coordinator
It is with both sadness and excitement that we announce that our Marketing Coordinator, Riley, will be moving on to her next adventure. Riley has been with CoHousing Solutions for just over a year, and has enjoyed every minute of it.

"While I am sad to be leaving this job that I love so much, I am excited to be embarking on my next adventure with my new husband"
-Riley

Riley and her husband will be moving to Sacramento, and we wish her well. In the meantime, she will be sticking around until we find the perfect candidate to take over the position.
