Congratulations to our 2025 Alumni Honors Award Recipients! | | Elisa (Mineck) Harris ’95 is a nationally respected healthcare attorney and visionary leader whose nearly 20-year career has helped shape innovative care delivery and payment models across the country. After beginning her career as an ordained pastor, she earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt and went on to serve as General Counsel for pioneering healthcare organizations before becoming a founding partner of the Nashville office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. | | Kent Clow ‘78, a dedicated C-SC alumnus, earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has been a strong advocate for sustainability. He served on the C-SC Board of Trustees from 2012 to 2020, chaired the advancement committee, and helped re-launch the Kansas City Alumni Association. With a 30-year career at Honeywell International in aerospace and defense, Kent has also mentored many Wildcats and was inducted as an honorary member of Alpha Tau Omega in 2023. | | Dr. Alexis Gumm ’11 is a pediatric gastroenterologist and hepatologist, specializing in liver transplantation, with a medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. She balances her clinical work with research on Fontan-associated liver disease, securing over $200,000 in grant funding for her studies. Additionally, Dr. Gumm serves as an Assistant Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin. | | Cindy McCutchan ’95 is a beloved member of the Culver-Stockton College community, recognized for her decades of dedicated service and leadership. Since beginning her career at C-SC in 1975, she has played vital roles across campus, most notably in the Information Technology department, where she has served for the past 30 years in various capacities including Software Coordinator, Webmaster, and Database Administrator. Cindy is being honored with the Dome Award for her lasting impact on campus technology and her invaluable contributions to the college. | | Edie Wolf, honored with the Honorary Wildcat award, is a dedicated educator and community leader who has made significant contributions to early childhood education and after-school programs for underprivileged children. She and her husband, Ted Wolf ‘78, are passionate supporters of Culver-Stockton College, regularly attending athletic events and Homecoming, and helping serve post-game meals to football players since 2017. Though not a graduate, Edie exemplifies the Wildcat spirit through her unwavering dedication and service to the C-SC community. | | We hope you'll join us in celebrating these honorees during the Alumni Honors Banquet on Friday, October 24th during Homecoming weekend! | | Culver-Stockton College Reports 25% Growth in New Students and Highest Retention in 10 Years | | Culver-Stockton College is celebrating significant growth this fall, welcoming a student body that reflects both strong regional ties and expanding global reach. New student enrollment increased by 25% compared to last year, for a total of 314, with students representing 37 states, Puerto Rico, and 12 countries. | | In addition to the increase in new students, C-SC achieved a 10+ year high in student retention (excluding the 2020 pandemic year), with close to 90% of students returning from spring to fall.
