Yoga with Pam

CPL hosts FREE Hatha yoga on the first and third Friday of the month. We welcome you to join us either in-person or via Zoom. Don't forget your mat!


There will be no Yoga on Friday, June 19th as the library will be closed in recognition of Juneteenth.

Language, Culture, and Land Connection:

Decolonizing Wampanoag Identity through the Wôpanâak Language & Culture

Nitana Hicks Greendeer, PhD has worked as a teacher of the Wôpanâak language for over 20 years. She is the head of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe's School and teaches at Brown University.


Dr. Greendeer is coming to CPL to discuss, through personal story, the ways in which learning the Wôpanâak Language is strengthening her people’s connection to their culture and their homeland.


This presentation will be held in Community Rooms AB.

Memory Loss 101
Caregiver Resources with Stacey Cullen

This program will provide an overview of normal aging, age-related forgetfulness and serious memory problems.


As we age subtle changes in memory occur naturally as part of the aging process. However, sometimes these changes occur sooner than anticipated or faster than expected. Learn what's normal, and what's not.

Áine Cole

June 2026


Aine is a watercolor and acrylic artist from Cotuit who loves experimenting with color and form. She paints in both abstract and realistic styles and is greatly influenced by nature.


No matter where she is in the world, Aine always carries a small sketchbook and some paints.


Áine's art will be on display in the front lobby for the month of June, with select pieces available for purchase. A portion of sales benefit the library.

to benefit Centerville Elementary School

Centerville Library and the Centerville Civic Association are collecting donations of children's toiletries for the students of Centerville Elementary!


Please bring donations to the display in the library at the fireplace by the Front Desk.

Suggested items include: Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Sunscreen, and Child-Friendly care products for sensitive skin such as Shampoo, Body Wash, and Soap.


Last day to drop off is Saturday, June 6!
