May is Mental Health Month

Each year millions of Americans take stock of their mental health. Whether adapting to life after trauma and stress, dealing with anger and frustration, or processing big changes, there is one important thing to remember – you are not alone. 

While JCS engages in discussions about mental health year-round, this month we invite you to join us in reducing the stigma around mental health struggles by engaging in conversation, sharing knowledge and ideas, and taking personal steps in a positive direction.
