The German Canadian Congress is a non-sectarian organization established to cultivate and promote the language, culture and customs of German-Canadians, within the scope of Canadian Multiculturalism. Since 1985, with the help of many volunteers, the German-Canadian Congress plans a Christkindlmarkt every year. They import wooden products straight from Germany and they are all handmade by German artisans!
