Whitewater Valley Presbytery seeks an innovative, hope-filled Transitional Lead Presbyter to guide our presbytery through ever-changing times. We seek a culturally proficient individual who will equip and resource our leaders; co-create more diversity and inclusion; and facilitate greater connections throughout the presbytery.

New Synod Grant Program to Support Rest and Renewal

On June 2, the synod convened a special meeting to consider a recommendation from the Synod Council to create a grant program to support rest and renewal for ministers and commissioned pastors within the bounds of the Synod of Lincoln Trails. 


The motion was approved and the synod will establish a committee to undertake this work. This committee will determine eligibility; develop an application process; and award grants to those seeking funding. Grant awards will come from the Rise Up Fund.
